  2. This looks awesome! I will do it tomorrow. Quick question, anyone have any advice for fatigued legs? Not usual soreness but literally burning from walking up a couple stairs type deal. I am eating enough and drinking plenty of water, got about 8 hours sleep. Any thoughts?

    1. I do a TON of mobility at home every night… foam roller, stretching, Spider-man/squat holds, etc. It’s helped a ton with flexibility and I don’t find myself “getting really sore” any more.

      Instead of just sitting on the couch watching TV – I sit on the floor, stretch, roll out and watch TV.

      And make sure you’re taking rest days too.

    My legs were pretty tired when I got to the box today but once I got moving they woke right up. Awesome combo of movements, those KB swings were BRUTAL!!

    This wasnt as horrible as is looked when I watched the 4:30 class do it. Good burner!

    First time doing 30″ box jumps and I did five rounds of it, woo hoo! Kept thinking to myself “jump and tuck because if you don’t, that dentist bill is going to suck” haha.

    Definitely thought going to the lowest box jump in the last round would be easy…NOT SO MUCH!

    Great job killing it today 6pm class!

  9. I really love Big Metcon Day! You guys have no fear, come in attack the workout hard leaving the Box much fitter than you walked in! You guys rocked it today!

    AMRAP 7 with 4 box HSPU, plate jumps (3-35lb plates and 2-15lb). 35# goblet squats 4+7

    AMRAP 6: 6 knee HRPU’s, 8 plate jumps (took off one of the 15# plates), and 10 air squats 3 +11

    AMRAP 5: 8 knee push-ups, 10 KB jumps, and 12 KB swings with 35#

    Slowly working back up to 20″ box jumps. Feel far more comfortable on the plates right now so I’m sticking with it. Ran out of gas in the last round. Totally out of gas.
