Warm Up and Mobility

Partner WOD

“Point Break”
Teams of 2 complete
AMRAP 14
21 x Deadlifts 95/65
15 x Hang Power Cleans
9 x Thrusters
One partner works while other rests. Can break up anyway you want, but must complete in order
 
Intro Class
15 x Air Squats
10 x Sit Ups
5 x Push Ups
Coaches will have alternate rep schemes and movements
 
Proofreading and Misc
I apologize for having some missing words or misprints in my previous posts.  I will try harder to proofread my posts before releasing them….In other words I’ll have Sarah proofread them for me as she was “nice enough” to point out my mistakes 😉
 
 Also, we are excited to get some painting done on the back space this weekend!  We have some new shelving going up on the main floor and will be reorganizing the equipment to maximize our space. We are inching closer and closer to hosting a grand opening and we look forward to having the whole CFRT community there! Then all the fun stuff begins!

    Level 3:
    5 Rounds for Time
    5 Overhead Squats (135/95)
    10 Toes 2 Bar
    15 Med Ball Cleans (20) – yes catch in a squat
    20 Double Unders

    This was a killer.

    I think we did 7 rounds + 37

    So nice to see new faces joining Rail Trail!

  3. First visit to CFRT since it officially opened. It looks fantastic and great having Sarah and PJ as coaches again.

    Brad, Nick and I partnered up and cycled through the WOD splitting it by 3’s.

    I think we wound up at 9+39 or something and now that I think about it, we totally forgot to put it up on the board!!!

    Great class and looking forward to dropping in more.
