Excellent turn out on day 1! Remember no egos here at CFRT, come in and give your honest effort. Listen to your body, general soreness is ok but potential injuries is not. Be smart, especially if your new to CrossFit. Discuss any and all issues with your Coach. Have fun and see you at class!

  1. 12 + 10 25#, knees. Started with swings to 90 and went overhead as my shoulders warmed up. I’m so excited to be a part of CFRT! Yay!

    1. Can’t believe you did that after a 5K, your a glutton for punishment apparently. Nice work Gaff!

  3. 10 + 6 reps, felt really great being inside and back into it! Worked with box step ups and a 45# kbs today – getting there!

      1. I know I’m excited for the full strength but cautious of not overdoing it right now! Baby steps with increasing weight! HA!

  4. Mike/Sarah/PJ – Big congrats on the “official” opening of CFRT! It looks awesome. We’ll always miss you guys and everything you did for us at SOBO, but at the same time we’re so happy for you. We’ll definitely drop in now and then to say “hi” and sweat a little bit on your shiny new floors.
