10 Rounds for Time (Leap Frog with a Partner)
10 Burpee Pull-Ups
15 Dumbbell Bench Press
200m Run

Dumbbells: 50/35lb

**Leap Frog = Partner 1 begins with 10 Burpee Pull-Ups, then Partner 2 immediately follows with 15 Dumbbell Bench Press, then Partner 1 completes the 200m Run to close the round. Partner 2 then begins Round 2 starting with Burpee Pull-Ups, continuing the rotation until 10 total rounds are finished.
