With a partner:
5 sets (per person)
2000/1700m bike erg*
10-8-6-4-2
Deadlifts

Superset each set of Deadlifts with 10 Dumbbell Bench press (50/35, or users choice).

Set 1: 60% of 1RM
Set 2: 70%
Set 3: 75-80%
Set 4: 80-85%
Set 5: 85-90%

One partner begins on the bike erg while the other completes their deadlifts and bench press. The lifting partner must aim to complete their work within the time it takes the other partner to complete the bike.

*May sub in an 800m run or a 2.2/2k echo bike
